The Jobs section allows you to manage all the jobs for your customers.
You can add new jobs, print or preview the job sheet, send the job sheet to your customers, and create a quote and invoice for the specific job. You can also export all jobs and duplicate a job or delete those that are no longer needed.
The job items, the amount of work to be done, the actual amount of work done, recommendations, signatures, time entries, attachments, checklists, and internal notes can be added to a job. You can also assign engineers to a job.

1. Navigate to Jobs.
The Jobs page is displayed.
2. Click the reference number of the job to view the job details.
The selected job details are displayed.
From here, you can edit the job details, print or preview the job, send the job sheet to the customer, duplicate or delete the jobs, and many more.
3. Scroll down on the Job Details page.
From here, you can manage the job items, work to be done, actual work done, recommendations, engineers, signatures, and various other details for the job.
