The Calendar section allows you to view and manage your schedule of jobs and events for your business.
You can create a Job or Event within the calendar by clicking on an empty date/time and also edit any scheduled Jobs or Events using drag and drop or resize.
You can also create a quote, job, or invoice from an Event (including recurring Events) in the Calendar.
1. Navigate to Calendar.
The Calendar page is displayed.
The calendar has color-coded items for the schedules as follows:
- Black - indicates Public holidays. Selecting a public holiday will show a dialog with the public holiday details displayed.
- Blue - indicates Events. Selecting an event will show a dialog with event details such as the event type, start date/time, and end date/time.
- Navy blue - indicates Jobs that are scheduled. Selecting a job will show a dialog with job details such as the customer name, customer address, start date/time, end date/time, and engineer’s name.
Note: The colour of calendar items can be customized as required for each user/engineer from the Settings > Users section. For more information, refer to How to Create/Edit Users?
