The Map section allows you to view the location of all the jobs for the selected day.
If engineer tracking is enabled then you can see the last check-in location of your engineers and also view their location history.
1. Navigate to Map.
The Map page is displayed.
The
icon indicate the location of a job or the location of a group of jobs (i.e. there could be multiple jobs in that location, zooming in on the map may reduce the amount of jobs shown under one icon).
2. Click theicon to view details of the job.
Note: If more than one job is in the same location then the icon will expand to show other jobs, you can then click one of these to see the job details.
3. To change the date, click the
icon on the left side of the map.
A dropdown calendar is displayed. You can select the date you wish to view jobs for
4. To hide jobs on the map, click Hide jobs on the left side of the map.
The jobs are hidden and the button changes to Show today’s jobs.
5. To view engineer history, click Show engineer history.
The engineer’s history is displayed.
