The OutOnSite Job Sheet App has the following features:
- The OutOnSite Job Sheet App can be used offline, allowing you to view the downloaded jobs and update the details of a job without an internet connection. Job changes will automatically sync with the OutOnSite Management Console the next time the user has an internet connection.
- Engineers can view the location of jobs assigned to them on a Google map.
- Record actual work done and recommendations for future work needed.
- Update the status of a job such as In Progress and Complete.
- Record the parts used on-site and upload images.
- Get signatures from customers and also add your own signature.
- Complete checklists for the jobs like health and safety or service checks, etc.
- Add time entries for things such as work and travel time.
