How to Create/Edit Item types, Job types, Event types, and Payment types?

The list management section allows you to create and edit the various list elements (i.e. dropdown lists) that are used within the software by following the steps below.


1.  Navigate to Settings > List management.


The List management dropdown list is displayed. 



The various lists that you can manage are Item types, Job types, Event types, and Payment types.


In this example, we are showing how to create an element in Item types. You can follow similar steps to create list elements in Job types, Event types, and Payment types.


2.  Click Item types.


The Item types page is displayed. 



3.  Click Create new item type


The Create new item type dialog is displayed.



4.  Enter the name of the new item type in the Name field. 


5.  Click Save changes


The new item type is created and displayed. 



Note: 

  • You can edit any list item created by clicking Edit in the row of the item and making the necessary changes.
  • You can delete any list item that is no longer needed by clicking Delete in the row of the item and confirming the deletion.
  • You can change the order of the list items by holding down the left mouse button on the icon in the Sort column of the item type and dragging it up or down.
