How to Configure Job Sheet App Settings?

You can easily configure the Job Sheet App settings by following the steps below.


1.  On the Jobs page, click  icon.



The menu is displayed.



2.  Click Settings.


The Settings page is displayed.



3.  Under Appearance,

  1. Enable the Dark mode checkbox if required to display grayish/white light text on a dark background in the App.  
  2. Enable the Dyslexic mode checkbox if required to make the App dyslexia friendly, this changes the font throughout the App.
  3. The Enable signature rotation checkbox will determine whether the screen automatically rotates when adding a new signature.



4.  Click Update check under General to check for any Job Sheet App updates. This feature is only really used for emergency updates to the Job Sheet App and it is rare that you will need this, you should usually check the relevant Apple or Google App Stores to download the latest updates to the App.



5.  Click Send database if you are required to send the information to the OutOnSite technical support team to resolve some issues that you may need help with regarding the Job Sheet App.
