You can attach images or files (such as a PDF) to jobs by following the steps below.
An engineer can also add images to a job via the Job Sheet App.
1. Navigate to Jobs.
The Jobs page is displayed.
2. Click the reference number of the job to upload attachments.
The selected job details page is displayed.
3. Scroll down and click the Attachments tab.
The Attachments section is displayed.
4. Click Upload attachments.
The Open dialog is displayed.
5. Select the image/file from your computer and click Open.
The file is uploaded.
6. Enter a name for the attachment in the Name column.
7. Check the box in the Show on jobsheet column if you wish the customer to see the attachment.
8. Click Save changes.
The attachment is added to the job.
9. Click Preview/print document to preview the document before being sent out to the customers.
The preview of the job sheet is displayed. You can now download the job sheet in PDF format or print the job sheet.
Note:
- You can also download or delete the attachment. To download, click the Download button in the row of the attachment. To delete the attachment, click the Delete button and confirm the deletion.
- Usually, attachments (i.e. images) are added by the engineer using the Job Sheet App and you can at any time view these images added by the engineer via the Job Sheet App.
