You can change the primary contact of both Individual and Company types of customers by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to Customers.
The Customers page is displayed.
2. Click the name of the customer you wish to change the primary contact.
The customer details page is displayed.
3. Click Edit customer Details.
When the customer type is Company, the following dialog is displayed to select the contact you wish or create a new contact from the Primary contact dropdown list.
When the customer type is Individual, the following dialog is displayed for you to change the primary contact details.
4. In both cases, after making the necessary changes to the primary contact, click Save changes.
The primary contact is changed.
