You can edit the text in the body, footer, or terms and conditions of a quote by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to Quotes.
The Quotes page is displayed.
2. Click the reference number of the quote you wish to edit the text in the quote body/footer/terms and conditions.
The selected quote details page is displayed.
3. Scroll down and click either the Quote body, Quote footer, or Terms & conditions tab.
In the following example, we are editing the text in the Quote body tab. You can follow similar steps to edit the text in the footer and terms and conditions.
The Quote body section is displayed.
4. Select the template from the Template dropdown list. The template can be edited or new templates can be added from Settings. For more information, refer to How to Create/Edit Text Templates?
5. Make the necessary changes to the text in the textbox provided.
6. Click Save changes.
The changes made to the quote body are saved.
