Once you have set up the Xero integration with OutOnSite, you can edit the Xero settings if needed by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to Settings.
The Settings dropdown list is displayed.
2. Click Xero Integration.
The Xero Integration page is displayed.
3. Click Edit Xero settings.
The General settings > Xero settings page is displayed.
4. Check the box Use Xero Invoice numbers if you wish to use the invoice numbers generated by Xero rather than the OutOnSite application or if you are creating invoices directly in Xero as well as the OutOnSite application.
5. Check the box Add invoice name to Xero if you wish to create an invoice line item in Xero that contains the Invoice name (this is because Xero does not have the concept of an "Invoice name").
6. Click Save changes.
The setting changes are saved.
