You can cancel your subscription to the OutOnSite software by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription and billing.
The Subscription and billing page is displayed.
2. Click Cancel subscription.
The Cancel subscription dialog is displayed.
3. Please enter the reason you have decided to cancel in the Cancellation reason field.
4. Click Yes, I would like to cancel.
5. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the software once your current subscription period has expired.
